1. Select Menu while not actively in a call.
2. On the Menu Options, navigate to Features using the left, right, up and down arrows on the gray phone select dial.
3. Select Features using the OK in the middle of the select dial or hit Enter and select 1. Call Forward
Select Call Forward by pressing Enter and the following menu should appear.
#1 will always forward your calls
#2 will forward your calls if your line is busy on another call
#3 will forward your calls if nobody answers a call to your number
5. Select Enter again to select the Always Forward feature.
Using the dial, with Always Forward highlighted, press the right arrow to Enable.
Press the down arrow to Forward to: and put in the number you want to forward your number to.
Next press the Save button and either Back or Exit to return to the main screen.
6. This forward feature will remain in effect until you Disable it.
