RCC Decompression Pod Usage/Reservation Instructions
Both of our noise-reducing decompression PODs (located in Buildings 14 & 17) can now be reserved for use by any student, faculty, or staff member using your RCC email.
To make a reservation to use POD
- Sign into your school email
- Select your calendar
- Create a new meeting
- For location select: Framery POD-Building (14 or 17)
- Select the available time that you would like to reserve POD (should be more than 1 hour).
- Submit to finalize your reservation
Important things to know:
- Reservations will be visible on touch screens inside each POD.
- Reservations CAN NOT be made directly from the touch screen inside POD.
- Lights on outside POD show availability.
- Green- POD is available
- Yellow- Reservation begins in 5 minutes
- Red- Pod is being used.
POD reservations take priority when using the space. Please respect the reserved time and vacate POD when a new reservation begins.
If you have reserved a POD and people are not vacating the space during your designated time, please inform an RCC employee so they can assist you and have current occupants removed from the space.
