Robeson Community College has two noise-reducing decompression PODs, sponsored by Access to Achievement, and is available for use by students, faculty, and staff. To use a decompression POD, you will need to make a reservation using your RCC email.
Locations:
- Building 14 - Lobby near the elevator entrance
- Building 17 – Side entrance lobby facing the RCC lawn
Reservation Instructions:
- Sign in to your RCC school email
- Select your calendar
- Start a New Event
- Choose a location: Type in Framery POD-Building (14 or 17)
- Select the available time that you want to reserve the POD (no more than 1 hour at a time)
- Save to finalize your reservation
Important things to know:
- Your reservation will appear on your email calendar to confirm time.
- Reservations (your name and time selected) will be visible on touch screens inside POD.
- Reservations CAN NOT be made directly from the touch screen inside POD. You must use your email calendar to reserve a POD.
- Lights on outside POD show availability.
- POD reservations take priority when using the space. Please respect the reserved time and vacate POD when a new reservation begins.
If you reserved a POD and people are not vacating the space during your designated time, please inform an RCC employee so they can assist you and have current occupants removed from the space.
