Click on “Start” button and type \\printserver in the box as shown in the picture, and press the “Enter” key. A window of a list of printers will appear.
Double-click on the room number of the printer you want to install on your machine.
Printer will begin to install on your computer.
After the printer is installed, a print queue box should appear and that means the printer is installed, as shown below.
