1. To access your phone portal, type portal.trueipsolutions.com into your web browser. You will be directed to the login screen shown below.
Your Login Name is your extension followed @robeson.edu (i.e. 6711@robeson.edu). Your Password is a series of numbers, usually 4 to 6 digits.
Note: If you do not know your password, click the forgot password option and then enter your extension@robeson.edu to receive an email to the email address associated with your phone extension.
If you are still unable to reset your password or login please contact I.T. Support at 910-272-3566. If no one answers leave a voicemail message as it will generate a ticket for us to contact you back.
2. Click the Messages button, now click the Settings tab.
3. You have some Options in the Notifications section.
Email Type: Hyperlink, Brief Hyperlink, Attachment or Brief Attachment.
We recommend either Hyperlink or Attachment options not the Brief options
After Email Notification: You can Leave the Voicemail as New, Move to Saved, or Move to Trash.
This will affect how your phone displays message alerts. Flashing Red light, etc.
