1. To access your campus phone while remote visit https://phones.robeson.edu
     Click on the Log in with Office 365 button
            


2. Sign in like you would to any other campus resource with your campus email address, password, and MFA

It should now default to your campus phone extension. 
IF you have multiple extensions tied to your campus email address you may see a list like below. 
Click the button beside the extension you want to log into and click Continue

         

 

3. You should now be on your phone portal page. Click on the Apps text in the top right-hand 
side of the screen and choose the True Talk + or Web phone option you would like to use.

The True Talk + option will take you to an article on how to set it up, on different smart phone options.

The Web phone option will use your laptop/desktop computer along with a microphone and speakers 
to place and receive calls. You will get some notifications to set these devices up.

Click Allow, to allow the web page to access your microphone

Click Allow to allow Windows to access the microphone

Use the drop-down menu to choose the microphone you want to use for phone activity. 
It is highly recommended that you use a headset of some type, to prevent echoing 
during phone calls. 
If you use your laptop webcam microphone, and the laptop speakers the call quality will not be great.

It will ask if you want to allow browser notifications, but if you are using a campus provided device, 
these notifications have been disabled by default. 


Once you are fully into the phone, you will get a popup window, that has the phone access in it.

The yellow/orange button is a dial pad for placing an outgoing call. 
Call Queue, Contacts, Call History, Voicemail etc are all below that.
