1. To access your phone portal, type portal.trueipsolutions.com into your web browser. You will be directed to the login screen shown below.
Your Login Name is your extension followed by @robeson.edu (i.e. 6711@robeson.edu). Your Password is a series of numbers, usually 4 to 6 digits. This is a different login that your campus network account.
Note: If you do not know your password, click the forgot password option and then enter your extension@robeson.edu to receive an email to the email address associated with your phone extension.
If you are still unable to reset your password or login please contact I.T. Support at 910-272-3566. If no one answers, leave a voicemail as it will create a ticket for us to assist you.
2. Click on "Answering Rules" and then edit the "Default Active" Rule.
3. In the Call Forwarding area shown below Check the "Always" option and add the phone number you would like to forward all your calls to.
