Note: When you print to a xerox copier\printer a popup box will appear asking for a "User ID" which requires your datatel# without the leading 0's. Once you have done this it will save your datatel number for future printing under your login and on that particular xerox printer.

1. After clicking the print button, click in the "User ID" field and type your datatel number without the leading 0's, then click "OK" to print. (Note: Account ID and Passcode are not needed.)  Example: 654321

       Xerox 5335                           Xerox 5955 and 7855

2. After clicking "OK" on the "User ID" screen you will see a green box appear in the bottom right corner of the screen. This means your print job was successful.

if this screen does not appear but your print job came through that is fine this is only there for notification purposes.

If you see a red box appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and it says print job failed.

The red box normally appears because of the reasons below.

1. You typed your datatel number incorrectly

2. You didn't leave off the leading zeros on the datatel number.

3. You didn't key your datatel number in the "User ID" field.

4. Your datatel number needs to be added to the copier\printer by the Information Technology Department.
