1) Visit Support.robeson.edu and click on "Messages" to take you to your Robeson Email online.




2) Enter Your Robeson Community College Email Address And Password following this screen.




3) Click the calendar icon at the bottom-left part of the window screen.




4) Click "New event".




5) At this point, you are ready to set up the meeting.


  • Give your meeting a title.
  • Add the email address for each person you want to attend the meeting.
  • Set the date and time for the meeting.
  • Click on "Add online Meeting and select "Teams meeting".
  • Add a description or attachment 
  • When you are completed click the send button.




6) After sending the meeting invitation it will appear in your calendar showing below.
