How to report suspicious emails


1. If you have a suspect email you can use the Phish Alert Report button in the ribbon at the top right hand corner. 



2. A side window will open when you click the button, if look at the middle of this window you will see another Phish Alert button. 


You will see some info from the highlighted email in this box, this is to confirm that you have highlighted the correct email. 


3. Click the Phish Alert button in the middle of this pop-out window. 


This will send additional data to our Network Team to resolve if it is a spam email, or spearfishing attempt, etc.
