Robeson Community College uses Microsoft's MFA as its preferred security mechanism.

The Authenticator App can be found in your iOS App or Android Play store. You can also use the following QR codes to locate the software.
go to mail.robeson.edu
Login with your full email address.
You will get a prompt "Let's keep your account secure"
Then it will prompt you to install the Microsoft Authenticator
If you have already installed the Microsoft Application on your phone click next. If not, install it now, then click next.
In the application on your phone add by QR code or Add Work or School account and scan QR code.

Scan the QR code with your phone in the Microsoft Authenticator app
After adding the account, it will send you a number to the Authenticator app on your phone. Enter the number in your Authenticator App.
