- User (BLF) - This is used to monitor users and can be used for transferring or internal speed dial. This is a common button feature and is typically used to transfer/make calls to users internally. The BLF Key will show Green if the User is Available, Red/Flashing if being alerted (ringing), or Solid Red for Unavailable. This can also be used to pickup calls for users, and additional features can be added to enhance this more.
- Speed Dial - Used for one-touch External Calling of numbers.

Clicking on the Down Arrow beside the Save Button will allow you to Save the layout as a new template to be used on other devices or Save and Resync to make the changes on the phone effective immediately.
